FGSU

We strive to increase UBC’s efforts of equity and inclusion of students who face barriers in accessing education, and we advocate for a sense of pride in being the first to attend university by creating a supportive community and fostering a sense of belonging on campus. As a club, we are also concerned with the community perception of first generation and low- income college students. Therefore, we strive to demystify any stigma associated with the identity within the UBC community.
